Náplň práce

As an HR & Operations Associate in our Bratislava office, you will be instrumental in managing our HR and operational needs. Directly supporting the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include HR documentation, onboarding new hires, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing team-building events. Your work will contribute significantly to improving our operational efficiency and maintaining a productive workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth and enhance our team's effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Electronics Management: Overseeing the ordering of electronics, communicating with Alza
  • Organizing teambuildings
  • Travel & Accommodation Management: Arranging transportation, booking accommodation
  • Office: Maintaining a professional and organized office environment
  • Ad-hoc administrative support

HR

  • Benefit Management: Overseeing employee benefits (O2 mobile plans, the company Bolt account, iTalki account etc.)
  • Contract Management
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes:
    -Preparing contracts (using templates)
    -Conducting onboarding sessions and tours of The Spot co-work
    -Setting up online accounts for new hires
    -Managing employee administrative requirements (e.g. BOZP)
    -Handling administrative tasks related to employee offboarding
  • Ad-hoc HR support: Performing other HR-related tasks as needed to support the team (e.g. Research different contracting options when hiring internationally; ordering pizza, etc.)

Požiadavky

  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or HR support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with learning new software systems
  • Professional fluency in English required (minimum B2 level)
